Flange protector is designed to protect studs and gaskets on raised face and ring type joint flanges from atmospheric corrosion encountered in chemical & power plants, offshore & onshore oil facilities and underground pipelines.

Our flange protectors made on stainless steel 316L or non-metallic (plastic) to cover the flange section wholly, protecting it from corrosion. Different types of injection filler are available depending on each specific application & operating condition, in order to offer maximum protection to the flange.

The products come in various sizes and they are easy to install. Unlike conventional methods, or flange protection system can be temporarily removed and re-installed shall an inspection is required and it is very durable.
