HIGH PERFORMANCE WELDLESS FLANGE TO PIPE CONNECTIONS

ICR's Quickflange™ technology uses a modified flange with patented internal grooves that fit over the pipe end. When combined with our Quickflange activation tool, installing the connector is quick and easy. After isolating the line and cutting the pipe straight, the Quickflange™ is placed flush with the pipe edge. The hydraulic tool is then aligned and activated to the required pressure, expanding the segments to secure the pipe into the grooves of the Quickflange™ connector. Reversing the tool completes the installation, creating a permanent gas-tight seal.
